Q: Who are the hoomans behind the Pawvengers?
A: Pawvengers, as you might have guessed, is inspired by the movie series Avengers (my husband and I are both Marvel fans!). We like it in a way that it adds a little cuteness to the powerful word avenger. I mean, doggo in hero suits are practically irresistible, right?
Launched in 2019, Pawvengers' core values is to combine cuteness, humor and animal graphics together. Our designs are passionately crafted by pet parents, for pet parents. We wanted something that resonates with us as pet parents, and we knew that this clothing line would resonate to you as well!

Q: I am not a frequent online shopper, how can I trust that you are a real company & not a scam?
A: Online shopping is becoming more & far those not familiar. It can be very scary and we totally understand your concern and the importance of verifying the legitimacy of online companies. We would love to invite you to check out our Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest page. We always encourage our customers tag us and use the hashtag #memberofpawvengers whenever they take photos and post them on Instagram.
Q: Can I apply to become the ambassador of Pawvengers?
A: Yes! our ambassador program is open for application! You may contact us and share with us the story of you and your pet. Why your pet is your superhero or you are the superhero for your pet. What makes you a proud pet parent.
Q: Does Pawvengers store has a loyalty program?
A: Yes, Paw Rewards Program is our loyalty program. Learn more about Paw Rewards Program by clicking on the "Paw Rewards" icon on the bottom left of the main page.
FAQ REGARDING ORDERS
Q: Can I cancel my order ?
A: Pawvengers takes customer satisfaction very seriously, therefore we always make sure that all orders are processed as soonest as possible.
Making an order cancelation will disrupt our production process. If you wish to make an order cancelation, please make sure that you get us informed via email email@example.com as soonest as possible (best practice is within 2 hours after making the purchase). It is never guaranteed that we can cancel an order, but do contact us and let us know what’s your concern and we will try to cancel.
Q: How can I place an order?
A: Thank you so much for choosing Pawvengers! In case you are confused about the ordering procedure, please follow the steps below:
From our homepage
1) Select the category that you are interested in the homepage or menu,
2) Select the product you like,
3) Choose your size or preferred color, then click on ‘Add to cart’,
4) You may continue browsing or click on ‘cart’ icon and then press “check out” button,
5) Apply the discount code if you have one. Fill in the requested information and press ‘Continue to shipping method’.
6) Fill in the requested information in the shipping method section and then click ‘complete order’
7) Please be attentive when filling your email address. After this, we will send out the order confirmation so please check your order confirmation email to make sure that everything is correct.
8) Pawesome, you have placed your order successfully :)

Q: How many discount codes can I use per transaction?
A: Keep in mind that, only one discount code per transaction can be used, therefore choose your discount code wisely
Q: Is there a physical store where I can check out your products?
A: We do love to show you our products and meet you in person. Unfortunately, we don’t have any physical stores at the moment. All orders are placed directly on our website.
Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: We accept usual forms of payment: credit cards, debit cards & Paypal
We prefer PayPal, as payment can be done quickly and securely online.
Paying with PayPal:
Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or account balance.
When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.
FYI, All transactions in PayPal is traceable.
Paying with credit cards:
Note: You DO NOT need a Paypal account to use a credit/debit card. We use Paypal 's system to process all Debit & Credit cards as PayPal protects the buyer and seller.
You can still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, click express checkout “PayPal” button, you will be redirected to PayPal’s site where you can choose to login to PayPal or “check out with credit card or debit card”. Choose the second option “check out with credit card or debit card” and you will be redirected to a secure page where you may enter your credit card information.
Due to security reasons, cash-on-delivery payments are not accepted. All payment information is confidential and secure.
Q: What should I do if I wish to return an item?
A: Drop us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and tell us why do you want to return the item, the invoice number/order confirmation number and attach the photo of the products
Q: When will I receive my order if the order is placed within the united states?
A: It’s depending on the product you’ve purchased. Apparel products might take longer than non-apparel products. In general, you will be expected to receive your order in 8 - 25 business days (which does not include weekends/ holidays). If you need the order by a specific date, we advise you to order about 3 to 4 weeks in advance.
Q: When will I receive my order if the order is placed outside of united states?
A: Again, it’s depending on the product you’ve purchased. Apparel products might take longer than non-apparel products. In general, you will be expected to receive your order in 2- 4 weeks. If you need the order by a specific date, we advise you to order about 3 to 4 weeks in advance.
Q: I never got my package!
A: Take a deep breath and stay calm. Drop us an email email@example.com and tell us your situation. We will try our best to take good care of every customers’ situation.
Q: Why there was only part of my order has been delivered?
A: At the moment, we have 4 production & shipping centers. It’s depending on the products that you have ordered. Need not to worry that it does not cost you extra if we ship multiple packages.
On top of that, some centers tend to ship faster than the other. Hence, if you have not received all of your items, please be patient, your other order will be on its way later.
Q: Do I have to pay the extra charges like VAT or other taxes?
A: Yes, as we do not cover the extra charges such as VAT or other taxes (customs duties or fees levied by your destination country).
